Oh my goodness, this sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it! I saw the recipe on the beachbody website but I have to admit I am not super impressed with the fat content in this. I might look for low fat cheese, and try using egg whites. If you can find ground turkey that is 98% lean.... even better and maybe try to cut back to 3/4 cup of cheese. Every little bit helps!

Holy moly I can not even begin to tell you how AMAZINGLY delicious this stuff is! Good luck not eating the entire dish! ;) Look for reduced fat cheeses. Also, their is a small amount of flour in this dish, it is such a small amount considering it will be divided up between 8 hefty servings BUT you can try to sub it out for almond flour if you would like.
